If you believe that your design/logo has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us here with details of the design/logo in question and we will remove the design immediately while we investigate your claim.

It is not our intention to impersonate or plagiarise, all our designs are created for entertainment and as such, we will remove any designs/logos which are felt to infringe copyright, upon the request of the owner of that design/logo, immediately.

On-line Shop

This online-shop is run on a platform supplied by shirtcity.com.  Shirtcity.com is responsible for technical shop operation as well as the order processing.   By ordering from this shop, the buyer enters a contract solely with shirtcity.com .

Complaints

As stated above, by ordering from this shop, the buyer enters a contract solely with Shirtcity.com, if you have a complaint, first please check your acknowledgement of order or your bill if it was actually Shirtcity.com who made the mistake. If you can see from the acknowledgment of order that it was a mistake on Shirtcity.com's part, Shirtcity.com will replace the faulty printed shirt. You now have two possibilities:

1. If you have a digital camera or can borrow one, please take a picture of the faulty shirt. Maybe you can even scan the shirt directly. Please send the picture via email to info@myshirtcity.de . You will then receive a new shirt on goodwill.
2. If you do not have the opportunity to use a digital camera or a scanner, please send the shirt back to the address below. In this case, please insert a note mentioning the error and the order number. Shirtcity.com will repay your postage afterwards. As fast as possible you will receive a replacement delivery.

Shirtcity.com will not accept postage-free parcels!

Please inform Shirtcity.com of the error within 14 days after delivery. Shirtcity.com is not able to accept later complaints.

Reimbursements will be accredited after about 10 days after clearance. Credit notes granted as gift coupons are usually issued immediately.
